My purpose for this website is to inspire others to EXPLORE, MOVE, and LIVE the life you so desire! I have a passion for helping others and I would love to inspire as many people as I can. I hope to light the fire of travel within each person that visits my site. There is so much beauty in this world ready to be explored and I hope to navigate you all in the direction of love for travel. 

I also hope to motivate you to move in some form or way and express the importance of movement and overall health, and how little changes here and there can positively affect your life. I do want to state that I am no doctor, these are simply my opinions. 

I hope in some shape or form you can find inspiration, excitement, or maybe something you simply just needed to hear. 

If there is any one specific thing you would like me to talk about or explain further, please do not hesitate to reach out! I am here for you and I hope I can send positivity out into this giant world we live in.

✨I’ve been trying to put into words how I feel about embarking on this experience of becoming a yoga instructor and what the last 9 weeks have meant to me. The word that comes to mind is Journey. It has truly been such a journey and one I won’t forget. The wonderful people I have had the privilege of working with, learning from, and friendships made, is indescribable. I truly believe everything happens for a reason and going on this journey with my wonderful Omies friendship, support, encouragement, and love has really kept me going. Yoga is so much more than a physical practice for me now. The mental side has brought me all of the emotions and continues to help me on my rough days. I truly cannot wait to see where all yoga takes each and everyone of my beautiful and talented new friends and I. I look forward to guiding others to find strength within, ability to let go, to believe in themselves, the process, and the journey that is uniquely theirs. The love, light, and teacher in me, sees and honors the love, light, and teacher in each and everyone of you! Within the move section I want to share the importance of movement whether that be going on a walk, taking yourself through a yoga flow, dancing, or whatever movement looks like to you. I also want to discuss everything health related. I hope to inspire people to live a healthier lifestyle and find the joy in movement.
